For the holler sauce, have you ever tried colored distilled vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar? I know they are similar, but the apple cider is a bit sweeter - would it work to switch apple cider for color distilled or would the sauce lose something? We use CDV a LOT in homemade BBQ sauces ar...
