Married couple exposed and fighting corruption and organized crime for many years in Dekalb County, Georgia, USA. This crime group targets homeowners and real estate investors for financial and moral abuse. Additionally, they are avoiding required government permits and inspections, which not only endanger public, but also literally steal money from the local governments. Roman and Jane are supporting an effort to establish new federal laws and federal organization that would control such non-profit organizations as condominium associations and for-profit property management companies and their contractors that are currently involved in corruption and fraud.

Roman Delovsky - former 3 times Soviet Union record holder in weightlifting, Chief Engineer of a corporation in electrical industry, and inventor with great track record of process improvement. Jane Delovsky is a former teacher and newspaper publisher and editor of newspaper Trust in Atlanta. Roman and Jane invested their hard earned money in several condominium units at Atlanta Georgetown Condominiums. For many years this Association is involved in shady business and hiding all financial documentation, meeting minutes, hiring same contractors with often highest bids or with no competitive bids. Association and their constructors perform many jobs without permits and inspections required by the Dekalb County. Their requests to many government officials and authorities went unanswered and covered up by attorneys, judges, code and law enforcement police, and other authorities. Roman and Jane are threatened and discriminated against. Records are tempered with and often disappear, however they still have much evidence to prove wrongdoings.
Roman and Jane, therefore, decided to start publishing all their findings on Internet. They are looking for supporters in fighting this organized crime, which happens not only in Georgia, but also across the country.
