@lewiesgirl94 A set of 20 reps per day is ok for the first week. My advice is to increase the number of reps by 5-10 every week, depending on your condition. Don't do this exercise more than once a day and don't forget to rest at least one day per week. After you reach, let's say 100 reps per day...
