Hey everyone, I just want to thank everyone for watching my videos! Although I do mainly Rush/Neil Peart drumming covers, I'm glad I can entertain and maybe even inspire people here. I can't believe my "Natural Science" video has reached 100,000 views!? That, and the nice comments and questions I get, definitely keep me motivated to keep posting videos. Anyway, as you can probably tell...I like Neil Peart! What can I say, he's the drummer that's been most influential to me...I do have many other influences too, like John Bonham, Terry Bozzio, Vinnie Colaiuta, Billy Cobham, Steve Gadd, Tony Williams, Steve Smith, Simon Phillips, Dave Weckl, Jeff Porcaro, Stewart Copeland, Bill Bruford, Alan White, Alex Van Halen, Lars Ulrich, Vinnie Paul, BUDDY RICH(I cant play like him at all) Recently I've REALLY gotten into Danny Carey. Anyway, many, many, more that I can't think of right now...But, anyway, Rush is my all-time favorite band and Peart is my favorite drummer (and occupies a big percentage of my iPod storage space!) I am also a videographer/filmmaker and have my own little production company (DrumKey Films) I do concerts, weddings, personal biographies, etc.
I am in a band right now and we're called "Great Scott" we play all original material our style is heavy/progressive/Metal/groove...hard to define! The members are: Joe Scott - Vocals, Guitar. Rudy Parris - Bass Guitar, Vocals. Ray Harber - Drums, Percussion. I am also interested in any studio, live and original project work. I would also love to form a RUSH TRIBUTE BAND or a "Virtual" Rush tribute band...at this point of my drumming career...why not? Why not pay tribute to my biggest influence and my favorite music, which I consider to be the "soundtrack of my life"

Anyway, I also have a "day" job and I'm a single dad with 2 awesome daughters. I will be posting more vids of me drumming to original music that I have played with various bands, and more Rush drumming and other bands that I like. I'm getting long-winded now...Thanks for stopping by!
