美食食譜-雞絲蛋炒飯

材料：

蛋、白飯1碗、雞絲、鹽、胡椒粉、蔥花、紅蘿蔔、美生菜

做法：

1.熱鍋加少許油，蛋打勻之後加入鍋中，把蛋炒散，先關火，再加­入白飯，飯撥散之後再開火拌炒。

2.加入紅羅蔔絲、蔥花、鹽、胡椒粉炒勻。

3.再加入美生菜、雞絲，略拌炒即可起鍋。
