1001 Songs in 1001 Days?
[Well I've failed to meet this target as 1001 days have passed. However. if I don't count days when I'm travelling I am still on track!]

My aim here is to share my love of folk music. My posts include original as well as traditional songs and covers of my favourite singer song-writers, such as Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie and Eric Bogle.

I have been singing folk songs for over 40 years, and play guitar (badly) and fiddle (even more badly).

I have produced 4 CDs:
Axis of Evil and other True Stories
Laws of Chance
Gospel Ship
Pigs Might Fly and other Politically Incorrect Ballads

I hope you enjoy my songs. All comments are appreciated, including constructive criticism. However, I may delete threats, and language that I consider unsuitable for any young people watching this channel.

Thank you to all those who have subscribed and/or commented.
About Me:

I am married with two adult sons and two grandsons, one from each son.

I have a website about my folk music which you may like to visit. It is a wiki so you are welcome to contribute, add information or your own folk song page or links to your own site, or just use it to find lyrics and chords.

For my Featured Video - I will choose a video that has been generally overlooked. When it reaches 500 views I will change it for another one.

Hi Raymond, I have just uploaded The Bould Thady Quill which you say is the tune for Nell Flaherty's Drake. I have not heard that before but enjoyed your performance. I have posted Bold Robert Emmett as a video response as it is about the same subject.

Alonzo, not sure what you're seeing. It all looks right to me. Unless you are looking in the 700s and seeing some numbers in the 300s and 400s interspersed with them. If so, this is because about a hundred songs somehow became corrupted when YouTube did one of its changes and I had to repost them all over a period of time using a different format. I kept the original numbering, so of course it appears to be out of sequence. Otherwise it should all be in correct order.
