I'm so happy for them. I want them to win at this point, they deserve it. Up 2-0 in Game 1 right now, they're looking good. Such a promising team, I'd love it if they won the World Series. Surprising that they made it, since Milwaukee is such a great team, but since they made it they have just as good of a chance as Texas.

NLCS is gonna go to a Game 7, since I don't think the Brewers are going down without a fight. Detroit probably can't win 2 games in Texas, so I don't think there's any chance of a 2006 World Series rematch. A 7 game world series would be great. The Stanley Cup Finals last year went down to a 7th game, which was amazing. I'd love to see the same thing happen in baseball.

Yeah, Colon and Garcia were great for a while, but they came back down to earth. I'm satisfied with our season actually, I think we went farther than we should have with the pitching that we had. At least I have the Isles now :D And it's insane that Philly, Boston, Tampa, and the Yankees are all out of the race. Milwaukee and Texas are the big guys now, and I don't doubt that it'll come down to an epic World Series between those two. Could be one of the greatest in years.

I felt like the odds of them winning the World Series were unrealistic anyway... Only 2 consistent starting pitchers available. We need to go out and get a couple of good starting pitchers.

Burnett took a team that expected to bash him and proved them wrong. Did you see Grandy's plays in the outfield? Man, what a player. It was also great to see A-Rod and Teix getting hits. It'll need to be all hands on deck for Game 5. GO YANKS
