I almost never hit up anyone first. It's not that I'm too busy for you or I'm ignoring you. I just feel like if someone really wanted to talk to me, then they would start the conversation. I'm not going to lie, I get extremely happy when someone I want to talk to makes the first move to talk to me, because that let's me know I come across their mind without me having to place myself in there.
