Mike Blongiewicz has been trained and certified as a Holistic Health Counselor (H.H.C.). He graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2005, which is affiliated with Columbia University, and is a member of AADP (American Association of Drugless Practioners). There he studied all dietary theories from macrobiotic, Atkins, The Zone, also new concepts like juicing, raw foods, and fasting. Mike studied underneath such health leaders like Andrew Weil, Deepak Chopra, Marc David, John Doulliard, David Wolfe, and Neal Barnard M.D. Mike has been eating 100% raw vegetarian foods for four and a half years and his main focus is to help people transition into incorporating more raw foods into their current diet. He wants people to have more energy, get control of their emotional eating, learn what works best for their particular body, and have fun creating vitality in their life!
