Talk about "Karma" did you know what happen to German/Natzy POWs under the captivity of the Soviets. More than 1milion died, that's only what we know ! It's hard to explain "Karma" this way. You can not blame "Karma" or "Buddhism" for our country becoming colonized.
Blaming "Kappetipola" is just to wash our hands clean. He had his way of solving problems, but it went bad, if the British did not betray "Kappetipola" things could have been different & you would praise him today. We are not the only ones to be colonized by the British !! Don't make things complicated, with things like "coastlines invaded our blood", "we have names like Silva, Perera..". Love your country as you love your mother !
One thing you r correct, that LT. General. D. L Kobbekaduwa could have finished the war long before 2009, But do you think the way the war ended in 19 May 2009 was NOT a "deceant one" ??
