not one bit. i own four cans, and i want to be able to shoot without hearing protection. putting a can on high powered rifles, in my experience, is loud as crap unless you use subsonic.

when i said legal way around this, i meant when a CLEO refuses to sign the Form 4s. the answer is finding others who are authorized to sign or what docs the law allows.

no. all bullets are not made of lead. some can be frangible compacted powder. some can be all copper. some can be all brass, or even bronze. others can be a copper jacketed tungsten bullet.

looks to me that the zoomed in picture was a shot of the shuttle from rear to front. this would mean that it was coming in sideways (left side in the lead) . no wonder it ripped apart.
