@reenachitra Bombay ravva is semolina it's cream of wheat & idli ravva is cream of rice made of special kind of rice called par boiled rice.

It's not breathless ness/allergy but MSG in aginomoto causes chinese restaurant syndrome. People who eats foods containing MSG definitely gets joint pains hence a big NO for people suffering with Artritis.
