In this video I will show you how to do pull-ups off the door, if you don't have a bar. I own a bar that I love, but not everyone has a bar. So this is to show you how to do that.

A long time ago I did all these push-ups with no pull-ups. You need the balance of the two, trust me. You must eventually do a pull exercise. Once I learned that my body looked better proportioned.

If Mr. Miyagi had been my trainer I would've discovered this pull-up technique earlier. He would've told me find a way. Well I did find a way, and I'm thankful for imagining him telling me that. Thanks Miyagi. I never properly paid tribute to him. Karate Kid is still on the best.
