RICHARD AZURDIA was recently seen recurring as 'Davenport' on Showtime's acclaimed show WEEDS and co-starring in Lionsgate's critically acclaimed film LADRON QUE ROBA A LADRON, now on DVD. His other film/TV credits are numerous. In 2009 see him in the sci-fi film GB2525 and LEAN LIKE A CHOLO: THE MOVIE. In theater, he has performed in over 40 productions including with the Mark Taper Forum, Company of Angels, Son of Semele Ensemble, Cornerstone, East LA Classic, Collage Dance, Watts Village, 24th Street, Sacred Fools & MET Theater. He's a member of SAG, AFTRA, AEA, the Advisory Council of the Ford Amphitheatre & [Inside] The Ford, East L.A. Classic Theater & Company of Angels. He's also an Artistic Associate of Son of Semele Ensemble.
