I just want to say Thank You to all thoes brave men and women who gave thier lives that we may live in a free country. People can abuse that freedom, burning poppies or flags, disrupting the two minutes silence but you must never forget that the ones we remember died so that you could do that.

I was born in Queen Mary's Hospital, Stratford, moved to plaistow, then back to Stratford, spent a while in Burnham then Custom House, now Silvertown. Great to see my old town again! Nostalga is only for the old. Love this video!
