Unique provides support and information to anyone affected by a rare chromosome disorder, their families, carers and the medical professionals working with them. Rare chromosome disorders are lifelong condisions affecting 1 in 200 live-born babies, often causing severe physical and learning disabilities. We want to raise awareness of these disorders to ensure all sufferers receive the care, support and respect they deserve.
