Thats right British taxpayers are paying the BBC licence fee (tax) for channels the BBC put out in other countries that we can't even watch. They must think we are all mugs!

If you listen, the music is also pitched down. You probably played it back on a tape machine which runs at a slighly different speed to the one it was recorded on. You can correct the pitch of the recording with many software packages that are free.
