@finalburst05 If you read the book, the book does have to do with lambs. She has flashbacks to a childhood memory where she lived on a relative's farm and they slaughtered lambs. The sound of the screaming lambs haunts her as an adult, but she no longer "hears" the lambs after she helps to solve...
