(fanfare...drumroll....) "SWEETHEART LIKE YOU" (both versions : solo and with instruments) has upwards of 7,500 views as of this writing...making it the most watched video on my channel (now that the counter on "Shelter From The Storm" got reset, erasing the over 15,000 views that video had racked up). I recorded "Sweetheart" while sitting in the doorway of my van - which I was living in at the time (I have now joined the ranks of the housed). A great musician, and fan of mine, in Italy -named Andy Rabufetti- added several instrumental tracks which created the "with instruments" version. Prone, as I am, to hallucinations, I see a golden dove flapping its wings on the front of my guitar as I am playing, and a white one sitting on my sholders...but, let's just keep that among ourselves...shall we?

Wow - My sister Karen and my version of the Everly Brothers "Poor Jenny" has just joined the ranks of the "2,000-plus views" club - along with the Nickle-Creek version of Dylan's "Farewell Angelina", my "Noah The White Rescue-Dove" video, each of the two versions of me performing Dylan's "Sweetheart Like You" (instrumental and solo), and my original composition "Can You Hear It?" from my John-Fahey produced Takoma Records vinyl record-album "One More Highway" (with original video-composition accompaniment).

It is especially gratifying because she has passed on in recent years, and we used to sing the daylights out of the Everly's and other 50's rock songs when we were kids. Everybody really liked us back then, and I am thrilled that the public has taken to this recording (done many years ago). Thank you all.
