how to fillet different fish.
About Me:
This problem is that hardly any cooks or chefs know how to fillet a fish but yet they often cook alot of it.
The way i see it is that if someone could train them to filet fish.
what you see on these videos are done for the public eye but in real life it goes alot faster.
you wouldnt see very well what im doing if i was working. Its a fast rate jobb its a job where if you wanted you could fillet over a ton of fish a day very easly.
