About Me:

Helder Araujo 21 years has been dedicated to the study and research of Indian Classical Music. Lived in India (Varanasi) in 1996 and 1997 and returning em99, 2003,2005,2007,2009, 2010 and 2011 para specialize in the interpretation of Hindustani classical music (music of northern India), with great gurus of Benares (India) Raj BhanSing, Jyanswarup Mukherjee, Debashis Sanial,Matar Prasad, Padma Bhan Sing, DrPrakash, Sukdev Mishra, Sohan Lal Prasad . Besides playing the Sitar, Tabla, Indian Violin, Bansuri, Helder Araújo composes with Indian influence, Arabic, rock and worldmusic. Among the most important works of his career stand out India's Independence Concert at the National Theatre Brasilia, Casa Azul Dance School (RJ) opening show of Hermeto Pascoal, the opening lecture by Deepak Chopra at the Arts Palace Theatre(BH) Recital Theatre Comunne (SP), Rasa Space (SP) , Concert Gandiva (Curitiba), St. George's Park Concert (Recife), cultural space Anatel (Brasilia), Recital Brazilian Academy of Yoga (RJ) and Concerto with the Indian tabla Debashis Das.
Participation in the Trail of the CLONE novel.
In 2003 she toured Brazil with the ,Marcus Viana and Transfonica Orkestra .. Has made arrangements, soundtracks, workshop and concert in the main capitals of Brazil .. has recorded three CDs Samadhi, Atman and Jhala.
