Btw, I just found out they shut down HCloud13 She's trying to fix it, but it might take some time. But http://www.silenthillmedia.net does work. It pops up a thing and you click on the enter button. You go to a cutscene in any game, and right click it. Click on "Save Target As" and it pops up an icon that gives you an option to "Open" or "Save" or "Cancel" Click "Save" Find the area you want to save it to, and click "Ok". Then you just sit and wait for your download to be complete.
