About Me:

RAISON JOHN J. BASSIG, born 13 September 1982, grew up in Tondo, Manila - a place known for being one of the poorest and most densely populated districts in the Philippines. He spent his elementary and high school days at Angelicum College (1987-1999) where in his senior year he was elected Senior Council President and, at the same time, Corps Commander of the Citizen Army Training. After completing high school, he then studied Architecture at the Mapua Institute of Technology (2000-2004) where he was elected Graduating Class President and Editor-in-Chief of the college yearbook as well. He finished his bachelor's degree in only 4 years, placing 3rd overall, and was given special honors for his academic achievement. After 2 years of on-the-job training, he took the Board Exams for Architects in 2006 and placed 1st out of 1,105 examinees. In 2007, he got his second professional license by taking the Board Exam for Master Plumbers placing 10th overall. In 2008, he obtained his third professional license, taking the Board Exam for Environmental Planners placing 4th overall. Over the years, he has also developed his keen interest in several different fields, most of which can be found in his website.
