Tech has a gorgeous campus, and while Lubbock is flat and devoid of trees for the most part, it's home to some of the friendliest people I've ever met...I'd say that Texan manners and hospitatlity is a positive...

It's on Pat Green's debut album "Dancehall Dreamer". Unfourtnatly, it was self released in the mid 90s and is out of print....I pretty sure you can find the full album online, or, if youre lucky, a used CD place
