Absolutely right ... compared with all the mainstream groups, Chicago stood out. They were musicians and entertainers first, then singers. Pete Cetera was their first truly great voice ... also a big fan here of Bobby Lamm. Their music (as well as that of Three Dog Night) was unique -- great sounds ! What the hell happened to "rock" in the past 7-8 years ? We just had a radio station here convert from "talk" to the Golden Oldies -- I'm down with it every day ...

Chicago was great in the 70s.

I know!  So many great concerts from PBS (KVIE).

I think the DooWop was my favorite!
