About Me:
All I am doing here is to give you a guided way without interference to find your true being. You want to find some silence in your life. You want to find some detachment to all the worldly attachments but not lose those possessions. You want to be free to do whatever you want without thinking of upsetting your friends, family, society, religious and spiritual institutions.
I got to my Truth in a simple way. I had no problems in life - there was no depression, no struggle and I certainly did not lack anything. All I have ever wanted is enlightenment. I would constantly meditate - sometimes for two or three hours a day. Then one day I got sick and tired of meditation. I did it for so long and it never worked. Then I came up with a technique intuitively and that transformed my life.
This meditation technique is very easy and very powerful. It shows you that you are interconnected to everything and it gives you a value for all that is. However, with whatever technique you use, remember that the base of awareness, the foundation of awareness can only be found in your inhaling and exhaling breaths.
The core of what I share is that emptiness is freedom. Emptiness meaning silence. Nothing to observe and nothing to judge. This can be done with any technique that you have. The main aim of what I do is to guide you like a friend and see how we can get you to that emptiness. This emptiness contains the FLOW. The FLOW of life. This FLOW will guide you, it is your freedom and your truth. The FLOW remains a witness.
The aim is to free your self from all attachments, prejudices, rituals and all concepts and ideologies. Also freedom from all desires, possessiveness, jealousy, hatred, anger, rage, lust and conformity. You will have freedom from everything, so you can become pure consciousness, unbounded, unlimited. You will become a force of spontaneous creative and expanding energy.
Since love is all about sharing, I am happy to give up all my e-books to you all for free. Also, I shall post my videos here that are on Youtube and give you more meditation techniques.
