Raf Marchesini, Italian DJ, producer & remixer, is one of the most interesting artists emerged in recent years, with its fresh and unique sound, that has become a "trademark" for his productions and DJ sets.
Raf Marchesini started as a DJ in the early '90s building a solid career that led him to perform in the best Italian and European clubs.
He started as producer in 1997 at Media Records, the famous label by Gianfranco Bortolotti, and then collaborate with all the best Italian labels in the dance scene like Bang, Ego, Energy, Saifam, Time.
His works have been published worldwide on labels such as Ultra, Spinnin', Ministry Of Sound, Universal, Avex.
Some of his most famous productions are: Raf Marchesini & Max B "Faraò", Fedo, Camurri & Marchesini "Babylon", Aroma feat Katerina "The Children Of Piraeus", Max Bragantini aka Max B "Samba Reggae", Lanfranchi & Marchesini "Boys And Girls", Frankie Gada vs Raf Marchesini "Rockstar", Marchesini & Farina vs Max B "Majestade Real", Ocean's Four feat Adam clay "Beautiful Life", Carolina Marquez "The Killer's song", Brahama "Future Love", only to name a few.
Raf Marchesini is well known as remixer and many of his works have become international hits, such as the remixes made for:
Desaparecidos "Ibiza" and "Fiesta Loca", R.I.O. "Like I Love You", DJ Antoine "Ma Chèrie", Lucenzo feat Big Ali "Vem Dancar Kuduro", Cristian Marchi "Disco Strobe", Loco Tribal "Kuma Ya", Electroluv "Stand Up 2010", La Moon "A Higher Place", Woody Bianchi "You Got What I Want", Rudeejay "The Rhythm Is Magic", Andrea Paci feat. In 2010 he founded his label Forever Young! Records with Fedo Mora and Max Bragantini.
In 2009 he received at the Papeete Beach in Milano Marittima (a famous Italian club) the Nightstar Award 2009 as Best Italian Producer.
Raf Marchesini is now on tour in Italy and Europe with his eclectic DJ set: he comes from dance rhythms and his contemporary electronic sound combined with tribal elements, vocal contributions and unexpected melodies and instruments, is fresh and happy and always focused on the dancefloor.
