better idea. Place your meat into a sealable bag, then submerge it in a sink of water. Turn the water on ever so slightly to get some convection going. That is much more thermally effective than having your meat sit on a metal pan.
Seriously CHOW? First that awful attempt at frying an egg and now this? Rice has no gluten. You really need to be more thorough to avoid spreading misinformation by employing incompetent cooks.
