Couple weeks ago a friend of mine sold me a HAMILTON KHAKI SWAT - a limited ed. of a quartz sapphire model - I like it a lot, HAMILTON does make great watches.

I would have got an automatic KHAKI but I can't afford to pay 300$ for one watch, I preffer to have more of 100$/each .

I paied 105$ for my SNZG05J1 which is very similar , also SS band. It keeps a very accurate time as good as my quartz watches if not BETTER !! no overreacting .

Maybe cause I have been wearing it day by day since last year when I got it. Big dial, the reading of the time is easy ...

I have hesitated between SNZG05J1 and SNZG13J1 but I ended by choosing the first one.

I didn't regret my decision at all, that SEIKO is a powerhouse - one of the best option for the money - it has amazing accuracy and its reliability is out of the question.

Amazing watch, I have been hesitating a lot between SNZG05J1 and SNZG13J1, finally I went with the first one, it has one year old right now and it's accuracy is UNBELIEVABLE, it's at least as accurate as my quartz watches - dunno why but that's the truth -

@CharlieDoan Cause with the SS bracelet the watch will be considerable heavier ... also in the wintertime it will freeze your wrist ! It makes a difference.

Nice watch, I love my SNZG05J1 and I plan to get the SNZG13J1 version with SS bracelet - not a fan of strap - .

Maybe TOYS'R'US stock TOMICAs in the States besides MATCHBOX/GREENLIGHT/M2 MACHINES or JOHNNY LIGHTNINGs.

TOMICA LIMITED are real nice, as good as the above mentioned brand if not better. But they do are pricey... 10$ at least if not 30-40$ some of them

Have you also done a runtime with a NiMH AAA ?
