Im not in Canada, so I don't really know if it aired. However, considering that the air date was posted on Discovery Canada's website itself I am pretty sure it did air. Hopefully they will post the episodes online by end of next week.

Yes Discovery Canada has confirmed that three new episodes of season 11 will be airing back to back on Dec 29th. If all goes as usual, the episodes should all be online by the end of the first week of January.
