Sorry for making so many "talking" mistakes in this video, I dunno wot happened to my tongue and my brain when I was recording... Sorry, lol. I finally recorded this, yay!!!! Hope you all like this video, many people requested for collection videos so here is a part of it ^^ Wish thats okay. Alright, so let's move on to the details of my shop and my trade now.
Shop:
If you have heard of this, I closed down my shop because of some technical problem. I was cheated by a company called " XXX" * pm me if you want the company name... but I am not sure if the company has the website, lol.
I paid them to manage my shop orders and sending out order packages. For me, I am responsible for replying to emails from customers and looking into surveys. At first, the shop worked fine but then, I received serveral replies from my custimers that they never received their orders. So I contacted the company and their explanation is that they never receive any orders about it. However, when I checked my own record and the mail box, I recognised that there were records of those orders, so the company is definitely scamming. I stopped their services now but they said they were not going to give me back the payment as they said thats not their fault.
I felt sad and disappointed right now as I am now suffering from loss. The worst thing is that I have to manage all the delay orders and packages now. I have to do everything by myself. Now everyone think that I scammed them and I felt very very extremely unhappy and upset... I am not trying to blame others but I am not the only one who is responsible. I really wanna ask why all those unluncky things always happen to me!!!! Anyway, I know I still own you guys explanation on delaying orders. So yer... I hope you guys understand wot I am trying to say.
Now, I am about to finish managing all the orders. So after all the things are settled, I am planning to open a more trustworthy YouTube shop to start again. Plz read through the new shipping policy and see if thats will be better and safer for you to trust me more ^^
New policy: ( in steps)
1) Receive your order from inbox or facebook and confirming all the details with you
2) Make a order confimation video
3) You confirm, then pay with paypal ( faster) or send out cash ( slower process)
4) After receiving money, I will send out your whole order then pm or inbox you
5) The message I send you will include the link to a new video that show me sending a package which wrote your address on it ( private)
I am still not responsible for lost packages but you may add money to track it and you may assure that I sent your package out as I recorded the video. Is that a good method? Will you buy from me if I have this policy? Plz comment to show your view. :)
* Also, plz tell me wot you wanna see in my YouTube Shop in pms or comments
Trade:
I am planning to open my trade permanantly or open a trade contest, so plz tell me wot do you think. For trades, people who have the stuff I am looking for can trade with me Again, plz show your view by commenting.

Whether I am trading with you or not, if you are hateful to me or towards anyone else I will cancel the trade (if there is one), make a note to never trade with you again, block you, and report you. I have a no crap policy and stand by it firmly. Also, if I have accepted to trade with you, I do not expect you to send your package UNTIL I have done a Trade Confirmation on my side.
