@GGbreizh That could very well be. I got the info from a TV Guide page that YouTube won't let me link to, and with the way the page is set up, the description and the date and this particular video may not all match. It's still a VERY young Yo Yo Ma! I think that 15 would be about right.

I think it's more likely the recording. Somehow recording devices seem to have a hard time picking up the cello, I've found, especially with any sort of percussive instrument. It's especially too bad in this case, because I think the cellist does a much better job of it than the pianist.
