ich habe sowas auch mal gemacht und das hat mir ohne ende spaß gemacht... wenn ich dir tipps geben darf: die vorderen querlenker müssen etwas nach oben geneigt sein um ein bessers lenkverhalten zu bekommen des weiteren kannst du die dämpferbrücke trennen d.h. vorne und hin...

at 4:25 u speak german and in Germany we call this thing ,,Knochen" its hard to explain hou u should pronounce this:)

by the way in Germany is this chassi the REELY BIG TYRE its exactly the same and the allmost ready to tun version costs about 60€

trick for the pinproblem at 9:37 : hold it vertical ore use some thin foil trom the kitchen (i don`t know the word in english ore french but it is a transparent and strechy foil to enrol foot) and lay it an top of the hole than stick the pin...
