@ichivers i'm using sharepoint 2010 not office 365; i like to keep a calendar to book resources, well not rooms but machinery and tools; to keep track of what has been scheduled and what not the tools list is however a bit large around 90 items (but i might filter them by types)

Wel i was looking for a good mic, read a lot and at some point i made a note some people with expensive mic stil had noise...the signal of a microphone is tiny, this causes the gaining system to pump up a verry low signal, a pre-amp increases sin shape
