It took over ten years to get all the elements in place; but in a few short weeks in October of '09 the guys from Who Skates of Kennebunkport, Maine and the crew from Saugerties' Parks and Recreation prepared an acre of the Cantine Sports Complex and poured the concrete for Phase 1 of the new Saugerties Skatepark.
