@demboys18 .. what is pure IshinRyu? This is a kata that was learned as a student of Sensei miyagi and changed. There is no such thing as Pure karate. Ishin Ryu is simply a combination of Goju and Shoryin Ryu. Which were adapted from other Okinawan Styles- Shuri, and Naha Te.

not hating at all bro. You are very talented, no doubt. I just think that the over use of that diving punch is impractical (would not do any damage). I see it over used in tournaments all the time. Its not a very valuable technique. With your speed I'd prefer to see more effective techiques...
