I was told that as a woman living in the UK under your system of health care. She is not to get say an OBGYN physical but once every three years. I think that is not a oggd deal. Is what I was told true? do you know? Peace

Thanks for your concern about my back. Here is another horror story on American healthcare. During most of the 90's I saw a doctor only in an emergency because non of my employers offered health insurance. Those without health insurance face the prospect of bankruptcy if they end up in the hospital. The insurance companies brainwash American voters into thinking that universal healthcare would be too expensive, but Americans forget the costs that they are paying now with all the medical related bankruptcies. I am an American who writes letters to politicians asking them to vote for universal healthcare.
