Hello! I'm Ashley Anne, I'm a full time student and equestrian. I've been riding for 13 years competed in show jumping for 8 years. I then switched to Eventing in 2011 and ride under Reveal Equestrian in San Juan Capistrano, CA. I post my videos of me riding to keep track of my progress as a rider. I may post fantastic rounds, or rounds containing flaws or mistakes. I'm not perfect. I also show my family that can't make it to shows and trials.

Max was a OTTB that I got as my first horse when he was 5 years old. Everything we did together was a first. From cross-rails, to hunters, to jumpers, to "A/A' circuit classics, to dressage and finally eventing. I had tried to sell Max after buying Annabel but he surprisingly never sold and I finally decided to couldn't do it and I loved him too much to sell him. I loved this horse so much I planned on buying horse property someday just so he could happily retire in a big pasture in my yard. Right before he passed away he had taken home 3rd at our first time in Novice and qualified for Area VI Championships for next year. He had also qualified for the 2011 OCHSA Championships. He was very special to me, and I still mourn his loss.

10 y.o. Thoroughbred Mare
Owned for 4 years. I have gone through several trainers with this mare, and almost gave her up in 2010. I was told she wasn't worth anything and to literally just hand her over to someone. I would win Champions on the "A" circuit but was still told to get rid of her and I would come home in tears and cry because I didn't want to sell her. So instead of giving up on her, my last option was to try something else. She made the switch to eventing too and I am confident she will become a successful upper level horse someday. My current trainer brought out the positives in her and made me realize how talented she really is. She has a natural carriage and forward impulsion that will make her successful in the dressage ring (once she loses the attitude) and is so smart and scopey that I will feel safe with her on XC. She won't jump something she doesn't think she can make it over but also can manage to hop over awkward distances and make sure she doesn't hit a rail. She's all I have now so I hope to someday make it to the upper levels with her. She too was a show jumper, and has competed up to 3'9" but has plenty of room to go higher. She has placed in numerous "A" circuit classics, has won numerous Championships, placed 7th in her very first USEA recognized horse trials, and won champion at OCHSA Championships, and 4th in the Open Preliminary (3'9") and 4th in the Mod Jr/Ams.
