Completely different reaction from kids when your new swinxs doesn't work...and nothing at all like the reaction of the parent that realises it will cost them an arm and a leg to repair it outside of the netherlands...rubbish customer support.
Swinx obviously have a hard time accepting criticism as well as my last post was flagged as spam...Just explaining my experience guys! and I think I was pretty fair compared to the appalling customer service I received.
Bought a swinxs and it didn’t work, (common charging fault.) There is no customer support outside of the Netherlands! Such a shame as it’s a great concept. I'm afraid I’d have to recommend people avoid unless their region is supported.
