We exist as a band because we love to write music and we write music because we believe it is a true art form. We want to make something incredible and unique. Music is audible emotion. It is the closest thing that we can get to empathy without sitting in the room next to you and crying with you or hugging you or sharing in joys and triumphs or your pain and defeat. It's storytelling. It's feeling and emotion all wrapped up into one. And it can move you. It can make you feel happy, it can make you feel sad. It can give you energy or determination or let you know that there is someone else in the world who feels like you do. It can tell morals. It can encourage. It can discourage. It is the organization of feeling into something powerful. And as our words are sung, as we play our hearts out, we know that the person on the other end listening is hooked right in tune to what we're feeling. It's intense and amazing. And we would be doing this even if we never thought we could get paid. That's why we exist .The Cool Band
