Qantas Jet Star

Qantas illegally cleared a mentally ill pilot to fly their 747's knowing that he wanted to shut down all engines on take off.
Another captain was taken off the flight deck foaming at the mouth. He was taking drugs for depression. If Qantas clear sick pilots to fly, what about their sick aircraft?
QANTAS has no U in it.
