A channel devoted to music which is no longer played on the radio, from performers of the past. Most of the music is from the 1920s to the 1950s with some interesting later ones thrown in for good measure.
I also collect vintage record players, cassette recorders, radios etc., and some demonstrations of old equipment can be found here too.

If you like vintage music for dancing - Ballroom, Latin, Strict tempo, Old Time and so on, from the 78rpm era to the 1970s, you might like to visit my other channel - "retroballroomfun", where I am gradually adding some of my collection of music.

@ Russelldelima. Thank you for the very nice comments about my channel. I'm pleased you enjoy the videos, especially those with music from the wonderful Pepe Jaramillo. I have plenty more to post, when I can find the time!

just adore your portable record player this makes me go back in time when Hi-Fi was very popular in Sri Lanka
& many folk use to walk around carrying their portable players & records for their parties/get togethers. The Golden era of the 50's.We use to Spin Pepe Jaramillo records on a similar model Colorado Hi -Fi record players the sound was super. Many thks for all the Pepe tracks & photograph of your invaluable Hi-Fi changer.

That Stereo Galaxy record i posted,i know something about it's past that might interest you, from what i can gather it was a record that had high quality music on it so that owners could use it to show off a particulally powerfull record player or speaker set
