The Founding Fathers were well aware of the fact that protest would and could from time to time disrupt the peace. They knew this... What?  You think they were stupid? You, sir, are the fool. First of all, I am not Jane. Secondly, the constitution is trampled on many times over. Thirdly, the permits were made mandatory for large gatherings because people became angered when their daily schedules were interupted, as well as the resulting injuries and property damage done from protests. The government doesn't really judge. They mostly issue permits in order to keep track and warn neighboring businesses. They've even issued permits allowing the KKK to march through towns. People like you just like to complain and don't want to spend the time needed to get a permit.

I do read books, lots of books and i'm not a fool FYI i'm in mensa so if anything i'm the opposite.
