Well He was the premier horse and he knew it. He loved to pose for pictures and turned his head to show His BEST side. Ron even admitted he just held on during the Belmont. even he was surprised just how hast Secretariat could run. 31 lengths is a little over a 16th of a mile or 220 yards. WOW!.
