That's exactly what ive been doing lately and its working soo well.
I think, what caused most of it was me going to bed angry, frustrated & stressed about things that kept going through my mind and kept me awake, and once i finally do start to fall asleep, thats when i get SP.

Apparently everyone usualy goes through atleat 1 or two episodes of it right?
