Now can someone show me where the real PA hardcore? I've seen maybe 2-3 bands tops that i'd consider hardcore.

RI shows that are 21+ can get pretty crazy still, even without the young kids, lol. just depends on the lineup/what the bands care happens to them while playing on stage. Some people don't like beer thrown on them, e.t.c.

it's good to do incline and regular running. hence the incline with treadmills. I'm training for the tough mudder next may in vermont. So 3 days a week i do tons of body weight exercises, then at the end run 5-10 minutes minimum incline. The other 2 days I go to the gym i run reg treadmill as far...

and watch your iron, especially since you are eating a vegan diet, plus you're a female, which makes it twice as necessary to watch the iron intake.

@savagej0sh Lol are you kidding me? This rules. they rule. This is truly a good mix for those who are into metal or hardcore.

I would barely count that as assault and battery on a minor. he gently handled the situation, with maneuvers that wasn't really hurting her, then allowed her to sit on the bench after. I mean, really? I used to skate... and I still don't see what he did as being wrong.

@FurtherIllusions True. I'm just giving the easy, less of a struggle way. Most people that want to be big, just eat whatever, mostly fast food and shit. It's convenient and easier.

@puredemocracy This was to someone else's comment, it didn't tag to his as a reply, so it may have seemed like I was calling this band ska, which would obviously be wrong. It's a punk band. I know this. I've been listening to this band since the early 2000s.
