ok well just to get things right Noah is 11 turning 12 later this year. it was pictures from her going to a Wizards of WAverly Place Audition. she was auditioning for when Max gets turned into a girl, but Bailee Madison ends up getting the part.

all i use is ever use is eyeliner and mascara...if you put a ton of black eye liner on then yeah it doesnt look good...if you use a little then it looks fine.

ishe was 8 because she started her show when she was 14 and also sang on the hannah montana show as michalya when she was 14. the sound of her on the hannah montana show is even more mature than this.
