I'm happy that I misunderstood my school play. This was my first Beatles song that I actually got to know. The school had a rock n' roll play and it was awesome! They had the The Twist by Chubby Checker to Michael Jackson's Thiller. They also had She Loves You by of course the Beatles. I wanted to know the song because they were going to show the show again. Instead of learning She Loves You- ya,ya, ya-- I learned Love, love me do!
Today, I'm glad that I learned it anyways. That was when I first started listening to The Beatles and 60s music. :)
