I'm a new Muslim revert. Alhamdulillah, I reverted on 30th April 2011. Insha'Allah I'm really enjoying being Muslim too (apart from when people seem to forget that I'm a human being just like them, and they call me names like "Dirty Muslim" or "Terrorist").
I have two children from a previous relationship. Their names are Keira and Harry. Keira has just turned 11 yrs old and Harry has just turned 9 yrs old masha'Allah.

Interests

MY interests have changed a bit since I reverted to Islam. I now spend a lot of my time either studying Islam or chatting to new friends (brothers and sisters in Islam) on Facebook. I like shopping too - though this can be more of a challenge than a relaxing outing, as I have to make sure my clothes are in keeping with the rules of modesty (hijab) in Islam! I spend an awful lot of my time on Facebook at the moment. I have met a lot of new Muslim friends through Facebook, and they definitely keep me going with advice and support and also with information about Islam, alhamdulillah!
