Describe the video, maybe i know which you mean
The pain of loosing something never goes away, you just learn to live with the pain. At least that is how it is for me. But I keep one thing in my mind almost like a mantra "No one is ever truly dead as long as there are memories still in the world of the person." I've found it easier to deal with the pain after subconsciously brought in something from those I've lost into me in my behaviour, though-pattern and memories. That way it feels like they are with me, always.
Don't be afraid to cry when you feel you need to. *hugs*
